Camden Property Trust Announces Second Quarter 2007 Dividend 
HOUSTON, TX (REIT Media) June 15, 2007 - The Board of Trust Managers of Camden Property Trust (CPT) today declared a second quarter dividend of $0.69 per share to holders of record as of June 29, 2007 of its Common Shares of Beneficial Interest. The dividend is to be paid on July 17, 2007.
Camden Property Trust is a real estate company engaged in the ownership, development, acquisition, management and disposition of multifamily apartment communities. Camden owns interests in and operates 187 properties containing 64,465 apartment homes across the United States. Upon completion of 11 properties under development, the Company's portfolio will increase to 68,039 apartment homes in 198 properties.
