Mid-America Announces Preferred F Dividend Payable on August 15, 2007 
MEMPHIS, TN (REIT Media) July 20, 2007 - Mid-America Apartment Communities, Inc. (NYSE:MAA) announced that the Board of Directors has declared a full month dividend of $0.1927 per outstanding share of its Series F Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (NYSE:MAAPrF). The distribution is payable on August 15, 2007 to shareholders of record on August 1, 2007.
