UDR Declares Quarterly Dividend on Series G Preferred Stock Payable on July 30, 2007

(NYSE:UDR) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend on its Series G preferred stock for the period of May 31, 2007 to, but not including, July 30, 2007 in the amount of $0.28125 per share, payable on July 30, 2007 to UDR Series G preferred stock shareholders of record as of July 19, 2007.
