In addition, Douglas Emmett’s Board of Directors has scheduled its Annual Meeting of Shareholders for Thursday, May 29, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Time) at The Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel, located at 1700 Ocean Avenue, Santa Monica, California 90401. Shareholders of record as of April 3, 2008 will be entitled to vote at the meeting.
