Douglas Emmett, Inc. Announces Fourth Quarter 2007 Cash Dividend Declaration

SANTA MONICA, CA (REIT Media) December 12, 2007 - Douglas Emmett, Inc. (NYSE: DEI), a real estate investment trust (REIT) whose primary focus is owning and acquiring top-tier office properties and multifamily communities within targeted submarkets, announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.175 per share, which will be payable on January 15, 2008 to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2007. On an annualized basis, the dividend represents a distribution of $0.70 per common share.
