INDIANAPOLIS, IN (REIT Media) March 11, 2008 - Duke Realty Corporation (NYSE:DRE) today announced that it has declared an initial dividend of $0.226823 per share on its outstanding 8.375% Series O Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares (the "Series O Preferred Shares"). The dividend is payable on March 31, 2008, to shareholders of record on March 21, 2008. The Series O Preferred Share dividends will be cumulative from February 22, 2008, the date of original issue, and payable quarterly, beginning on or about March 31, 2008, at the rate of 8.375% of the liquidation preference per annum, or $20.9375 per Series O Preferred Share (equal to $2.09375 per annum per depositary share).
