Ventas Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend of $0.5125 Per Share Payable September 30, 2009 
CHICAGO, IL (REIT Media) August 31, 2009 - Ventas, Inc. (NYSE:VTR) (“Ventas” or the “Company”) said today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.5125 per share, payable in cash on September 30, 2009 to stockholders of record on September 11, 2009. The dividend is the third quarterly installment of the Company’s 2009 annual dividend.
