Health Care REIT, Inc. Declares Second Quarter Dividend Payable August 20, 2008 
TOLEDO, OH (REIT Media) July 22, 2008 - Health Care REIT, Inc. (NYSE:HCN) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a dividend for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 of $0.68 per share as compared to the prior year rate of $0.66 per share.
The dividend will be the company's 149th consecutive quarterly payment, payable August 20, 2008, to stockholders of record on August 1, 2008.
