Hospitality Properties Trust Announces Quarterly Common Dividend 
NEWTON, MA (REIT Media) January 9, 2009 - Hospitality Properties Trust (NYSE: HPT) today announced a regular quarterly dividend of $0.77 per common share ($3.08 per share per year). This regular quarterly dividend will be paid to common shareholders of record as of the close of business on January 21, 2009 and distributed on or about February 25, 2009.
