Hospitality Properties Trust Declares Preferred Dividend Payable November 15, 2007 
NEWTON, MA (REIT Media) October 1, 2007 - Hospitality Properties Trust (NYSE: HPT) today announced that its board of trustees has declared the regular quarterly dividend on HPT's Series C Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares.
A distribution of $0.4375 per Series C preferred share is payable on or about November 15, 2007, to holders of record at the close of business on November 1, 2007.
