(NYSE: AHT) today announced the Board of Directors has declared its quarterly common stock dividend of $0.21 per diluted common share, payable on October 15, 2007, to shareholders of record on September 28, 2007. On an annualized basis the dividend equates to an 8.4% dividend yield based on the Company's closing price on September 17, 2007.

Hospitality Properties Trust Sells 18 Homestead Hotels For $205.35 Million

NEWTON, MA (REIT Media) July 26, 2007 - Hospitality Properties Trust (NYSE:HPT) today announced that it has sold 18 Homestead Studio Suites hotels (2,399 rooms) for $205.35 million. HPT expects to recognize a gain on this sale of approximately $95 million.

JER Partners Acquires Highland Hospitality Corporation

MCLEAN, VA (REIT Media) July 17, 2007 - JER Partners announced today it has completed the acquisition of Highland Hospitality Corporation ("Highland", previously (NYSE:HIH)). The total enterprise value of the transaction was approximately $2.1 billion, including $210 million of assumed debt.
