SEATTLE, WA (REIT Media) April 28, 2008 - Plum Creek Timber Company, Inc. (NYSE:PCL) today announced first quarter earnings of $38 million, or $0.22 per diluted share, on revenues of $363 million. Earnings for the first quarter of 2007 were $45 million, or $0.25 per diluted share, on revenues of $369 million.

Rayonier Completes Purchase of 56,300 Acres of Timberland in Washington

JACKSONVILLE, FL (REIT Media) April 8, 2008 - Rayonier (NYSE:RYN) said today that it has completed the previously announced purchase of 56,300 acres of timberland in southwest Washington from Sierra Pacific Industries. After adjustments, the final purchase price was $213.4 million or $3,790 per acre. Rayonier’s Washington holdings now total more than 426,000 acres.

Rayonier to Purchase 56,300 Acres of Timberland in Washington

JACKSONVILLE, FL (REIT Media) March 12, 2008 - Rayonier (NYSE:RYN) today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to purchase approximately 56,300 acres of timberland in southwestern Washington from Sierra Pacific Industries. The purchase, which is expected to close early in the second quarter, is valued at $215 million, ($3,819 per acre), subject to customary adjustments and prorations. It will increase Rayonier’s Washington holdings to more than 426,000 acres.
