Corporate Office Properties Trust Increases Dividend 5.4% 
COLUMBIA, MD (REIT Media) September 17, 2009 - Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT) (NYSE:OFC) announced today that its Board of Trustees has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3925 per Common Share of beneficial interest for the third quarter 2009. This represents a 5.4% increase from the previous $0.3725 per share quarterly dividend. The dividend will be paid on October 15, 2009 to shareholders of record on September 30, 2009.

Misson West Properties Declares Second Quarter 2009 Dividend
Cupertino, CA (REIT Media) September 17, 2009 - Mission West Properties, Inc. (NASDAQ:MSW) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share payable on October 8, 2009 to all common stockholders of record on September 30, 2009. The dividend is equivalent to an annual rate of $0.60 per share, which represents an 8.7 percent annualized yield based on the latest closing price of $6.89 per share.
The Company intends to make regular quarterly distributions to holders of its common stock based upon its cash available for distribution.
