Mack-Cali Realty Corporation Declares Quarterly Cash Dividends Payable April 14, 2008

EDISON, NJ (REIT Media) March 11, 2008 - Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE: CLI) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.64 per common share (indicating an annual rate of $2.56 per common share) for the period January 1, 2008 through March 31, 2008. The dividend will be paid on April 14, 2008 to shareholders of record as of April 3, 2008.

The Board also declared a cash dividend on the Companys 8 percent Series C cumulative redeemable perpetual preferred stock ($25 liquidation value per depositary share, each representing 1/100th of a share of preferred stock) equal to $0.50 per depositary share for the period January 15, 2008 through April 14, 2008. The dividend will be paid on April 15, 2008 to shareholders of record as of April 3, 2008.

Mack-Cali Realty Corporation is a fully-integrated, self-administered, self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT) providing management, leasing, development, construction and other tenant-related services for its class A real estate portfolio.
