Hospital Properties Trust's Reinstated Dividend 
I was reading over at Seeking Alpha that Hospitality Properties Trust may actual reinstate the company’s common stock dividend. While HPT didn't have the debt-to-equity issues as some other hospitality REITs, the news that the company may actual turn back on the dividend spigot is a good sign for hotel sector. They suspended their dividends together, so they may begin to reinstate them together as well.
