The Case for REITs - A Blue Book
I received a thoughtful email several days ago from a representative for a Victoria, BC based private REIT called League Assets Corp. I'm still researching League, but they publish a free downloadable "Blue Book" for REITs. From their website the link to download the book says, "The Blue Book of Real Estate Syndication - Learn all you need to know about REITs."
They hooked me at "free download" and reeled me in with "REIT." The PDF is 90 pages, and I plan to save it and read it when I have a few minutes.
This information may prove useful, and the League approach of education to obtain investors is commendable to me.
