Agree Realty Corporation Announces Ypsilanti, Michigan Development Project 
FARMINGTON HILLS, MI (REIT Media) June 19, 2007 - Agree Realty Corporation (NYSE: ADC) today announced that it would develop, for retail use, a property located in Ypsilanti, Michigan.
The project is pre-leased to a national retailer in the U.S. chain drugstore industry and is expected to be completed during the first quarter of 2008. The store will be conveniently located at the intersection of Michigan Avenue and Prospect in Ypsilanti, Michigan.
