BLOOMFIELD HILLS, MI (REIT Media) May 29, 2008 - The Board of Directors of Taubman Centers, Inc. (NYSE: TCO) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.415 per share of common stock. The common dividend is payable July 21, 2008 to shareholders of record on June 30, 2008.

The Board of Directors also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.50 on its Series G Cumulative Preferred Shares (NYSE: TCOPrG), and a quarterly dividend of $0.4765625 on its Series H Cumulative Preferred Shares (NYSE: TCOPrH). The preferred dividends will be payable on June 30, 2008 to shareholders of record on June 20, 2008.
